All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). Prices are subject to change without notice, based on market fluctuations, stock availability, or supplier changes.
2.3 Product Information
While we strive for accuracy in product details, descriptions, and images, ISAS does not warrant that all information is free from errors. Actual product color, design, or packaging may vary slightly due to lighting or supplier updates.

3.3 Order Confirmation

4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 Delivery Timeline
Orders will be shipped within the estimated timeframe mentioned per item. Custom and pre-order items may take longer. Standard deliveries are processed within 2 to 7 working days, depending on availability and destination.
4.2 Shipping Charges
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and delivery location. These charges are non-refundable.
4.3 Pickup Option
Pickup is available upon payment confirmation with prior arrangement. A handling fee may apply if third-party courier services (e.g., PickMe Flash, UberConnect) are used.
4.4 International Orders
We currently offer limited international shipping. Please contact our support team prior to placing an international order to confirm availability and rates.
5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
5.1 Return Policy
General Products: Returns accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery if the item is unused, in original condition, and with complete packaging.
Customized Items: Non-returnable under any circumstances due to personalization.
5.2 Return Process
Returns must be initiated via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason. You may be asked to send the product to our return address. Customers must bear return courier charges unless the item is defective or damaged.
5.3 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 12 hours of delivery with photo or video proof. If validated, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
5.4 Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days to your original payment method. Sale or discounted items are not eligible for refund.
5.5 Exchanges
Exchanges are only allowed for damaged or defective items. You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product.
6. Intellectual Property
All content including but not limited to product images, branding, graphics, logos, and written text on the ISAS website is the property of Innovate Supplies and Solutions (Pvt) Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction or use without consent is strictly prohibited.

Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from product use
Inaccuracies in product descriptions or technical compatibility issues
